Our HAMMER gypsum is a gypsum mortar that is ready for direct use on bricks without lining whilst allowing for a soft, white surface with a thickness of up to 8cm per layer. It can also be immediately painted after drying. The HAMMER gypsum is available in a powdered form and is mixed with water to form a paste that can be directly applied to wall and ceiling surfaces at site.

Directions & Recommendations:

  • Clean the surface from any dust by spraying it down with water.
  • Clean water is placed in the mixing bowl by 50% of the weight of the used HAMMER mortar.
  • Add the HAMMER mortar gradually to the water and leave to soak for 2 minutes.
  • Mix well until completely homogenous to access the appropriate strength.
  • The mixture is ready for use on any surface. Hand application is recommended for the filling process. Following up with levelling process is advised for a smooth result that is ready to receive paint.
